Account Executive
Kazdon, Inc. is a fast-paced Third Party Administrator and Agency located in Austin, Texas. We’re looking for some major players to join our team for an exciting career in sales. Currently, we have immediate opportunities for outside sales representatives in the Austin, Texas area to aggressively market our employee benefits programs.

Experience & Qualifications:
• 1 year of experience and success as a Benefits Producer in the broker/agency environment or sales in general.
• Candidates with local market experience and relationships will receive primary consideration (Except in rare circumstances, such as you are bringing a book of business and/or have previous carrier and/or brokerage experience and success.)
• A plus, candidate with a Texas Life & Health insurance license.
• Professional Designations and degrees are a plus but not required.
• Demonstrate organizational and time management skills, including ability to work independently and to maintain schedule and appointments.
• Proficient computer skills (knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office)
